WWe have been getting a ton of afternoon/evening rainstorms over the last few weeks. They usually happen fast and hard. My mom, Quinn, and I have gotten stuck at least twice in an evening storm.
A few weeks ago, Quinn was excited to go play in the rain. However, she could quite get find the right combo of rain gear.
