Thanksgiving 2015

We had a very nice Thanksgiving.  Dalan made the turkey and our house smelled so good.

In the morning, we watched the parade and part of the dog show before heading up to my Nana's.  We had a delicious dinner with great company, plus twinning cousins.

Next, we headed to VaRonica's for dessert.  Quinn wrote she was thankful for mom, dad, dog, and kuzns.  I love her Kindergarten spelling.

That night, Ali, my mom, and I did some shopping.  We found some good deals, and laughed and laughed.  One of my favorite traditions.

Pioneer Day

The last few years, the Osmonds have put on a little carnival and a paegent for the 24th of July at the park by our house. We loved it, because it was fun, but we didn't have to battle the Liberty Park crowds. This year- no carnival.  We were bummed.

We did have fun having dinner at my parents' house and doing fireworks over there in the evening.

Fourth of July, 2015

Anyone who knows me, knows that my family and I love the Fourth of July.  This year did not disappoint.  We made a lot of great memories over the weekend.

Memory #1- Quinn and Olive in matching outfits, and Ali's and my attempt at child photography.

Memory #2- The Parade. It went north again this year which isn't my favorite, but they did a better job of being more in the center of the street. We had nice cloud cover, so we didn't overheat.  Quinn got a lot of candy and met Captain America.

Memory #3- Dinner at my parents' house plus fireworks at Murray Park.

Memory #4- Cheering on the U.S. Women's National Team and more fireworks.

Father's Day

We had a really nice day on Father's Day this year.  Dalan spent the morning putting together for Quinn's big girl room. (More on that to come when it is all the way done). He is totally the best dad ever.

Then we headed up to the Little's house for a BBQ. The girls swam and played and the adults ate and visited.

In the evening, we had another BBQ with at my parents' house. It was a nice evening.
