Snowbird
It was Customer Appreciation Days at Snowbird this weekend, so headed up along with my mom to ride the tram. The line was long, but the weather was beautiful and worth the wait. We had a nice time at the top and Quinn even got to play in some snow.

Spring Break
We had a lot of fun over spring break, both Quinn and I had nine days off, and it was lovely. As always, I had intended to get more done around the house, but instead ended up relaxing of we were out doing activities. We had a blast, and ended up being so busy that this will likely end up being multiple posts.
On Tuesday, Quinn and I spent the morning visiting my Nana. Then we met Dalan to take my car into the shop. And the news wasn't good. And I don't want to talk about it. :-( We soldiered on, and took Quinn bowling. It was a blast. I seriously was bowling the game of my life and then our alley malfunctioned and ruined my mojo. Quinn was adorable. She did a little dance each time, and I have the absolute best video of her falling down the alley.
Last Monday, we cleaned up the playroom and got our taxes done in the morning, then we took Quinn to Scheels to ride the Ferris Wheel. She loved it, of course. By the evening, I felt like I had run out of things to do to keep her entertained. Ha, ha! #firstdayofvacationproblems. We ended up doing some crafts. It was fun.
Oh and I almost burned down the house.
On Wednesday, Quinn played in her playroom, and then went up to her Grandma Deanie and Papa Ronnie's with Dalan while I went to lunch with some friends. That night, Ali, my mom, Quinn, and I went to the planetarium to see a movie, and the IMAX player or something broke. So we got some free snacks, and a lecture from the zoo, but no movie. Boo! We'll have to go back sometime soon.
On Thursday, after not making it to the toilet on time, Quinn had the following fake phone conversation, "I peed on the rug, and then I said it is going to be a perfect day!"
In the afternoon, we headed to a trampoline/bounce place. It was quite fun and quite the workout.
I also started and finished this book with about a 18 hour period that included sleep. Once I start a book, I get seriously addicted.
On Friday, Quinn and I ran some errands, including seeing the baby animals at CAL Ranch. Quinn was adorable and a nice employee let Quinn hold a chick. Then that afternoon, we headed to Hollywood Connection. It was fun, but exhausting! We rode rides, mini- golfed, roller skated, and played games!

More Halloween/Fall Fun
Gardner Village- we have taken to Quinn to see the witches the last couple of years. It is always fun, and we also get a ton of cute photos.
"Cousin" photos- we also like to dress all the dogs and Quinn in Halloween shirts and get some photos. We also visiting Nana at her rehab in Quinn's Halloween clothes.
Owl story time at the library- Quinn and I just happened upon story time at the library the other day. And the theme was owls. We are so lucky. Quinn LOVED it. I need to be better about checking the library's events.
Pumpkin Patch at Harmon's- just for fun.
Scarecrow Festival- Hilary and her family invited us to go to the Scarecrow Festival. It was so much fun, and free! Quinn loves hanging out with her friends. It is something we will do next year too.
Fall pictures in the canyon- we took some informal family photos in the canyon. I love them!
Black Island Farms- we took Quinn to a corn maze/pumpkin patch/farm for a fall activity. It was about 45 minutes away, but so worth it. We spent about 3.5 hours there. We went on about 5 different slides about 10 times each. We ride a train. Quinn played in a corn box (sand box, but with corn kernels) and jumped in a bounce house. We did the corn maze, and went on a tractor/ hay ride. We even got to pick pumpkins! It was a fun day!
