Three Months Old

Clementine turned 3 months old on 12/21.  She is still basically a little lovable asshole. She is smart and sweet, but she is wild and can be so naughty.  Going from a senior dog to a puppy was quite the change. She loves to play and thinks Quinn is another puppy and can be really rough with her.  She loves to play with my parents' dog, Chloe.  She also loves to go to puppy school and puppy playtime. She is learning a lot and adds new tricks to her bag each week.

We know she is part Chihuahua, but are thinking she looks more and more like a Jack Russell rather than a Boston Terrier. One day we will have to do her DNA.

Two Months Plus

Clementine turned 2 months old right after we got her!  Time has been flying so fast.  She is definitely all puppy, but she is doing so well and she is so smart.  She is doing really well with potty training and her crate. We are still working on playing too rough and nipping. She started puppy school, and tore it up with the bigger pups. She also had a good play session with Scout the other night.  She and Chloe are also working on getting along. We just need to get Hazel on board.

Introducing...

Clementine Ariel Sellers

Born- September 21, 2015
Welcomed Home- November 18, 2015

Breed- Boston Terrier/Chihuahua/?????

Maybe Jack Russell?

Weight- around 6 pounds, anticipated to be around 15.

Quinn and I went up to Roy to meet these puppies last week, and they were so tiny and sweet.  We were so excited that we were picked to get one.

She came home on Wednesday, and only has had a couple of small accidents, but is doing really well with potty training. She is doing ok in her crate and with sleeping through the night, although some nights/ times in her crate are better than others. She'll get there. She is clearly smart.

She is a playful puppy. She loves to run and play with Quinn.  She loves her toys and to follow us around.  She has found herself in a little bit of trouble.  She can climb under and get stuck inside of our couch. This has happened more than once. She also is learning what she can and cannot chew on.

We are all totally smitten, and once she wears out she is the best snuggler.  She is snuggled up with me and a toy right now in fact.

I also realize that she does look like Piper. That was a coincidence.  We put in for a female puppy and this is the one that was picked for us.  I don't mind really, Piper was a fabulous dog and we are happy to honor her memory with a similar looking dog.  Plus who knows what she will look like as an adult.
