Christmas was great! Truly magical. Have I mentioned that four year olds rule? I thought Quinn was going to wake us up at 4 am, she was so excited. Luckily, she waited until 7. We opened gifts from Santa and each other. Quinn was so so excited to get her Rapunzel Legos from Santa. We had some time to play with our gifts before heading over to my parents' house.

At my parents' house we opened more gifts and had brunch. It was a nice morning as always, and everyone got spoiled.

We had a little time between houses to come back home and play with our new toys!

Then we were off to both Dalan's parents' house and his aunt and uncle's house. We got spoiled again. There were a lot of presents, good food, and family family.

Our last stop of the evening was at my Nana's for dinner and our white elephant exchange. Cole's Bill Cosby set was my favorite of the night. Santa also drops off a gift to everyone.

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve is always one of my favorite days of the year, and that rang true this year as well.

It started by Quinn getting to find Raul one last time this holiday season. He left a note saying that Quinn could hug him good bye in order to ease the sadness of him leaving. Last year there were so many tears, this year none! Quinn hugging Raul was seriously one of the sweetest and most tender things I have ever seen. She was so gentle and loving. She was surprised at how light he was, and kissed him. She really loves her elf.

We got everything done on my list in record time, and had some time for relaxing at home, which is always a bonus.

Then we were off to Dalan's cousin's house for pizza and fun! Quinn had a blast with her cousins and getting to drink unlimited root beer. It was a nice afternoon, and Quinn left with FIVE new books!!!
