"How is Piper getting along with the baby?"
One of the most common, if not the most common, question I get these days.She is a little curious, and maybe a tad jealous.
But overall, the transition from only "child" to sharing mom with another has been very smooth.
Piper likes to lick the baby.
She wants to be included in play time with the baby.
She likes to be close to the baby.
She likes to smell the baby.
She likes to eat her diapers.
She likes to check on the baby.
Like when the baby is in her crib or bassinet.
She is protective over the baby.
I like to call her "Nana."
She reminds me of the dog from Peter Pan.
So, my answer is, "fabulous."

My girl has two dogs and they all get along famously. Isn't that so nice? Dogs aren't stupid. They know the deal. You're a good Momma!

Well, she was slimming down until she went in the Griffin diet instead of the Piper diet!
