Zip-a-dee-ZOO-dah
Quinn and I have been taking full advantage of our zoo pass. We went three times in seven days last week. It was so much fun. We went with my mom to the Sunset Safari, then with Becca, Dave, Isaac, and Sam, and finally with Nathan and Alice. We had a blast! And we are looking forward to many more trips.

Three Year Old Well Check
May was so busy for us, I purposely put off Quinn's three year old check up until June. I also knew Quinn had gained a good amount of weight over the last year, and that is usually our biggest topic of discussion.
Here is the run down....
Weight: 24.7 lbs. (2%tile for a three year old)
Height: 34.25 inches (which I think is off, because we have gotten 35 when we measure her). (2%tile for a three year old).
Weight to height ratio: 22%. (Basically she is a good weight for her height- shorter kids should be more petite).
* I should look up her percentile a for her adjusted age, but at this age there is probably less of a difference.
Vision is good, but we knew that already from her other doctor.
She is physically healthy.
Her speech is great.
She knew all her colors she was tested on. (But we knew that too.)
He gave us some potty training ideas. I didn't love his whole program as a right fit for us, but will incorporate some ideas.
He wants her tested for Celiac's (I knew this one was coming, but was tempted to not mention it.) She will have her blood drawn next week, and we will go from there.
The cutest part was thanks to Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood actually. She has watched the doctor's appointment episode many times. And was ready. She even pulled up her shirt without being asked so he could listen to her heart. It was adorable. She was not scared at all this time. She was actually excited.
Hooray for a healthy and adorable 3 year old!!!!

12 for 12 (on June 20....whoopsie!)
So, um, I forgot to do my 12 for 12 in June. I suck. I know it is just some silly thing that I just committed myself to, but I hate not finishing things. So, here are 12 photos from June 20. Only 8 days late.
Quinn started her first solo (not mommy and me) gymnastics class. She did really well.
Then we ate lunch at the park...
Then she yelled at me "I don't like it" when I turned up the music in the car.
We then went to the farm, and bought some meat. We also went out and gave the animals we will eventually be eating a pat.
And ran some other errands. We got Quinn a pool so she doesn't swim in the water table that belongs at my mom's....
I wore my new hat...
Quinn played some more until it was just too chilly....
Then we ate dinner, Quinn peed on the floor, and we ran more errands. We then went back outside for a bit.
We came in and looked at the turtle.
And Quinn took a bath.
Chatterbox
Quinn is a hilarious little person these days. She still refuses to talk in the car for the most part.... Weird.
Here are some funny things I had put on Facebook, and I am too lazy to type again.
And some other funnies...
Quinn tripped twice trying to turn off her light. When she started to calm down she said she was ok because she was strong.
I asked Quinn to not put her hands down my shirt. She told me it was ok because Sully touches Baby Boo. (Ullll.....).
I told Quinn to call Dalan a dork. She called him a big jerk instead. (I think she just said dork like jerk).
Just now-
Me- Quinn, do you need to sit on the potty.
Q- I can watch Monsters.
Me- if you pee in the potty.
Q- maybe (with her finger on her chin to show she is thinking).

The Wedding
Here is a quick run down of all the highlights-
We had a rehearsal dinner the night before in the valley. The food was great, and the company was better.
Then the bridesmaids and Ali headed up to the resort for the wedding eve. We had a gorgeous room, although I slept on the side that was hot. I was the first one to bed and the first one up. That never happens.
Then it was time for hair. My mom, McKay, and Quinn arrived. Ali and McKay snapped some photos.
Next was the rehearsal. It went really well, especially considering we needed to practice getting 7 children down the aisle.
Then it was time for more photos. Most of the kids were quite cooperative during this time. Mine wasn't one of them.
Then it was go time. The ceremony was beautiful and the bride was radiant. I think 5 of the 7 kids made it down the aisle. Mine was one of them... With a little help.
The reception was a blast. There were a few little mishaps, including McKay's poor grandma getting hurt during dinner, but the dancing was so much fun. Quinn and I danced almost every song. And the s'more bar (as well as the actual bar) was a huge hit.
And a crew of people decorated McKay's truck. Ha ha. Sucker!
I can't wait to see the professional photos. I know he took over 2,500 photos!
And I know Ali and McKay will have a wonderful life together- full of wacky adventures and happy memories. Love you guys!!!!
