Pride Parade

I have been going to the Pride Parade for the last eight years or so. It is always one of my favorite events of the year, although it is amazing how much it has changed in the last couple of years. It is so crowded, and family friendly now. It is a blessing and a curse- it was a little more fun when it was less commercialized, but I am happy to see so many people supporting a group of people who still lack equal rights in our country. I can't wait until Quinn one day gasps, "what do you mean gay people couldn't get married when I was little. That makes no sense!"
