For today's activity, we went to the planetarium. We weren't sure if Quinn would like it or not, but we figured it was free, so why not. Quinn loved it. She ''oooohhhhed" at everything we showed her, and was so excited to be there. She loved the planets, the rocks, and all the moving parts of the machines. We weighed her on the scale they have there. (So you can see what you would weigh on other planets.) Her Earth weight was 17 pounds. We also weighed her at Petsmart the other day (one of the best free place to take your 14 month old to look at animals, by the way) and the scale there said 16.5. So, she is somewhere in that range. (People always want to know.) We also had fun playing in the gift shop. Our favorite part is always looking at the stuffed animals that look like different viruses and diseases.

Once we got home, Quinn turned into a grumpster. A grumpster who insisted on torturing the dog or being constantly held. She also screamed throughout her bath. When it was time to get ready for bed, she was content to suck on her tube that was connected to her belly (although it was clamped so she wasn't sucking on her on stomach juices) while I got her pump ready for the night.

Looks like fun! Isaac kinda likes the planetarium, if we'll just set him in front of the big ball thing . . . but Annie & Ellie could spend all day there :-)
What a fun day! I love the picture of her sucking on tubie .. espicially where you clarify she was not sucking on stomach contents .. lol.
