Happy Father's Day, Dalan! 

We are family

We have gotten in lots of quality family time this summer. We are so lucky to live so close to all of our people!  

Red Butte

While Jan and Kelly were in town for Jason's wedding, we spent an afternoon with them exploring the gardens at Red Butte. It was a lovely day. Quinn had a blast, and so did the adults.  

Before we headed up to meet Jan and Kelly, Quinn went swimming in her little pool in our yard. She wanted to wear her swim suit with the "boobies."  Ha. Ha. M

Weddings

Dalan's friend Jason got married last week at Snow Basin. Dalan and I were lucky enough to be part of the big day plus we got a mini two day getaway at the same time.  We had so much fun reminincing with old friends, and of course, celebrating the bride and groom. Quinn got to spend a couple of days at Ron and LaDene's and then join us for just the evening at the reception.   The wedding was gorgeous and so much fun. 

Ali's friend Ari also got married last week.  We got to go to help with Olive wrangling and to help celebrate.  Quinn was so excited to get to go and dance again. She curtsied to all the maidens and danced the night away again.  Ali and McKay looked dashing!  

Five year old photos

My friend Amy offered to take some photos of Quinn and our family, along with Sierra and her family.  I am so pleased with how they turned out.  Gorgeous. I think she did a perfect job of capturing Quinn's cute personality along with her cute face.  (You should hire Amy for your next family photos!)
