15/52

Quinn continues to be such a joy in our lives.  She is (mostly) agreeable and is (usually) a willingly participant in all of our adventures.

Yesterday, was Bring Your Own Cup to 7/11, so we did.

Quinn drank maybe an eighth of this, and that is probably too generous. But it was fun.

Oh, and she dressed herself in the jeans and a dress.  I am personally not into the 1990's polygamist look, but whatever. :-)

Easter and Spring Break deserve their own post, but for now a picture of my beautiful girl in her beautiful dress. She thought she looked just like Cinderella.

13/52

Quinn has taken to picking out her own clothes. Something that I have not allowed in the past, but you know, pick your battles, allow independence, blah, blah, blah. I still pick out her school clothes, but on the weekends, whatever.

This afternoon she came down in the green and white striped shirt she was already wearing, a tiny 24 month U of U jersey that I had put in a pile to give to Dean, and orange pants with white polka dots.  Oh, and the jersey was on backward. She was so proud.

St. Patrick's Day 2015

We had a great time celebrating St. Patrick's Day this year.  Quinn is at the perfect age for celebrations and is up for pretty much all events.

On Saturday, March 14, we went downtown for the parade. It was great. Quinn played pretty independently with her friends and really enjoyed the parade. She loves swinging her hat around just like Uncle Nghia swings his blanket around. She also got a shirt from one of the unions. Odessa and Quinn also got the picture taken and put up on KSL And the Deseret News websites.

(My favorite picture of the day!)

On St. Patrick's Day, Sean the Leprechaun paid us his annual visit. Sean has been visiting me since I was a little girl! He caused a lot of mischief including leaving shamrocks all over the place, writing his name on the toilet, turning pictures upside down, bringing in all the green stuffed animals to Quinn's room, and dressing others in Quinn's green clothes! He also brought Quinn a treasure of green treats. Then that evening we had green eggs and ham for dinner!

Quinn had such a fun time at Alice's 3rd birthday party.  She loved playing in the sandbox and then playing ball with Morgan and Teagan. And the weather- perfection!
